Bob Shine received an Honorable Mention Award (along with Tom
Valenti and Tim Gaydos) at the Mountain Art Show in Bernardsville, NJ.

Andrea Placer's graphite pencil drawing, "Delicate Flowers" was awarded 1st Place for Professional Drawing in the Bergen County Senior Art Exhibition and 2nd Place in the New Jersey State Senior Show.  Her drawing, "Young Weaver" was exhibited at the National Arts Club, New York City, in the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club's 111th Annual Exhibition.  Her drawing, "On Reflection" was exhibited at the Rehoboth Art League's 2nd Regional Juried Exhibition in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and two drawings, "Homebody" and "Fantastic Tree Bark" were recently on display at the Salmagundi Club, New York City, in their Award-Winners Exhibition.  More of Andrea’s work may be seen at www.andreaplacer.com.

Jean Masetti has drawn the illustrations and her daughter Maggie has written "Everyday Magic" --  a new, original children's story, about a girl (and her cat) discovering the magic of the world around her. The story is intended for young children -  ages 4-9.
